What is your fuel pressure? Does it remain steady while cranking? Are the injectors firing?

Where did you check the spark? If you checked it at the coil, it's still possible the distributor cap and/or rotor are shot.

You can have all the fuel pressure in the world but if you have a bad crank sensor or something to keep the injectors from firing, you ain't gonna start.

A Crank or Cam position sensor will throw a code (and check engine light will come on) when cranking if they are bad.

money saving troubleshooting ----

try mashing the gas pedal when cranking. this bypasses the IAC idle control and the closed throttle plates of the tb.

try spraying in some starting fluid. this bypasses fuel and injectors.

if you have spark at the spark plugs, its likely that the crank and cam sensors are ok and the problem is "most likely" fuel related.

Wondering out loud
Would a collapsed/plugged CAT cause it from not starting, and throw the o2 code?

Even a completely plugged cat would try and fire. From what im getting from the op, its not trying to do anything, just cranking and cranking. Hence is fuel or spark related.

What is your fuel pressure?
