Question Leaking Metering Valve (Brake System)

Hello, I am looking for some advice. I recently noticed that my truck (2000 Dodge Ram), kept on losing brake fluid and the level in the reservoir continued to go down. After doing some research, I found that the O-rings in the metering valve would no longer seal well and brake fluid was leaking out. Anyhow, I got the new part and installed it with no problems. My real question now, is bleeding the system. Since my truck has ABS, is there a special way or technique to bleeding the system or would it be just like when replacing a wheel cylinder or caliper? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
