2500 Wheel Hop

2500 Wheel Hop
I have a 1999 Sport 2500 V10. DANA 60 Front, DANA 70 LS Rear.
I am getting some what feels like wheel hop (shaking) on the drivers side front. I replaced the tires 285x75x16's, been checked numerous times for balancing, recent aglinment, new bushing cam set (on that side), Ball Joints are tight, all new tie rods (HD entire), wheel bearings sound good and no movement, new shocks, U-joints feel tight with no movement, no freakin movement anywhere! The only things I haven't done is the control arm bushings (polly), WB's, U-joints.
Anyway, the damn thing starts this about 60-65 mph (classic I know) regardless of the tire on it. WTF would cause "wheel hop" (not vibration)? I do notice if I drop the tire pressure (load D) to around 42 it is less (of course), and at 50 it's lots more, but WTF.....Ideas?

It was replaced with the Tie Rods 1 year ago and I am still fighting this?
*Edit*
Ran across this http://dodgeram.org/tech/troubleshoot/steering.htm and I'm going to get under there and check it AGAIN. It's new (but I didn't install it).

i had a little hop when turning, and a new t-case fixed my problem.....(common snapring problem) but you have a 2500 with a np241 and have one unified shaft so that cant be it.....
what PSI do the tires call for....i know when my (Load Range E) tires get someewhat low it will create a hop because i have some nubby treads.....
just thinking out loud.

I'm runnin 285x75x16's (33's) and I've ran anywhere from 40-55 lbs. If I run em less around 40-46 it helps, if I run em more (like towing) 46-55 it shakes like a tweeker. More importantly, it feels like a lob or a wheel hop. (almost like a wheel that impacted with mud. When doing 45 mph you can feel it but 60-65 is hell. If you hit a bump it can start it as well.
When I get home today I'm going to take a good look at it. I wonder if the shop placed a 22mm instead of the 29mm (or whatever) track bar in? I HATE shops working on my trucks!

So a couple of things to check are
1 Check the cam bolts are they set at the same degree? I had a shop set one more than the other and it made it hop like you are having, sort of death wobble on one side.
2 I have goodyear mtr-k and have had it in three diff tire shops for balancing all told me ok, so I gave up on lead weights and went with balancing beads 90% better over the way it was.
Just some ideas

Which cam bolts? I think your talking about the control arms????? I had one of the knuckle (upper Ball Joint) bushing replaced with a cam style to bring the camber in.
So I placed a dial indicator on the track bar ends and had 0 play. BTW<--- It's the larger 29mm one.
Other than the "Cam Bolts" or control arm bushings I am still looking for more options. What is the best way to replace the Control Arm Bushings?
