If your truck is not maintained properly and your driving style sucks, then yes.

Is that highway or city? With or without stop 'n' go traffic, long idle times, etc?

If it's mostly highway and without stop and go traffic or long idle times, something's very wrong. Is it burning oil? How many miles since the oxygen sensor(s) replacement? How does it run, in general? Easy start, smooth idle, normal power? Or something less wonderful?

50/50 highway/city. Not burning oil. Idles every morning for 3-5 min. Have not changed oxygen sensors since I got the truck. Runs like a truck with 235,000 miles on it should

If the oxygen sensor has not been replaced, that could be part of the issue. They should be replaced approximately every 100,000 miles, sometimes less.

I assume that being well-maintained it's not in need of a tune-up (including PCV valve) or an air filter, airing up any low tires, fixing dragging brakes, or anything obvious like that, so, uh, what jasonw said. Change 'em all if you have more than one oxygen sensor as it's well past time for it.

She's pretty well maintained air filter 3,000 miles ago, brakes good PCV good tires good. When I get paid I'll invest in an O2 Sensor. Thanks you guys.

The most commonly found O2 sensors are Bosch brand. They are hit and miss on quality. I'd advise to stay clear and order a good NGK (also sometimes found as NTK) brand name or other equally good unit.
