Default Heater/Ac/Radio/Power Window Problems

hey guys, i have a buddy who is having problems and i trust the opinion of this site so here it goes.
99 chevy suburban c2500 was broke into last week and they jacked up the ignition cylinder so i replaced it for him, the plastic cover that covers the wires leading to the ignition got broke. Now they were driving it today and the key ring hit the exposed wires and it sparked and sort of welded the key ring to the wires. now heater/ ac blower dont work, radio dont work and power windows dont work. i checked the fuses and there good, thought maybe it was the 30 amp relay but they took it to oreilly and they said it ws good and oreilly couldnt figure out what was wrong. please help me help my buddy. thanks

Check the power feeds for those particular things down at the starter motor. As I recall, there are several wires, that are actually fusible links..... that come off the fat terminal on the starter. (the one the positive battery cable goes to.)
