I don't think you have any idea what we're trying to tell you. Offset refers to how far from the centerline of the hub, the centerline of the wheel sits. Simply put, your wheels stick out too far. You can keep the tires, but need to get wheels with less offset.

Go to a tire place, and tell them you want wheels that don't stick out so far, and want to keep your tires.

Well, do you have a torque wrench and are you torquing them to like 180 foot pounds?

Torque the axle nut to something silly like 180+ ft/lbs.... if you don't, they eat themselves up rather quickly.

what are you torqueing them too?

a) < 100
b) > 100
c) > 200
d) =180
e) i don't know - finger tight
f) i don't know - as tight as my impact gun will make them.
g) i don't know - tight as i can twist the mother.. with a piece of pipe
i) i don't know - what's torque?

i did F. as tight as my big 3/4 impact gun would go with about 3-4 seconds of hammering. i'm guessing its about 200 but i don't have a torque wrench big enough to measure it.
