how do i do the spark plug defouler trick???

Default how do i do the spark plug defouler trick???
ive been trying to get this figured out to fix my truck and the defoulers are not deep enough to get an o2 sensor in and im not exactly sure wat i have to do

Drill one out with a 1/2" bit.

I guess you can buy a set up straight from eBay these days. I think this would work---> http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/331427327493, can anyone confirm?

Yes. that will work. Anything to get the sensor out of the exhaust gas stream.
