Default parking lights and tail lights stay on even with switch in off position and ignition.

i have a 94 ram 1500 4x4 5.2Liter and my parking lights wont turn off...ever! im at a complete loss...the only way to turn off the lights is to disconnect the battery after every trip. really quite annoying. any info will be greatly appreciated.

park lights? what are to talking about? i think you mean marker lights or break lights but can't really help you unless you specify what lights you are talking about.

Check your fuses. Had the same problem couple weeks ago. It was a 15 amp fuse that went bad and it didn't even look blown. Cant remember which one it was tho..

If it isnt fuses, i had this happen to me, there is a small black box on the drivers side under the hood. I am not entirely sure what it is called, but if you want i could maybe snap a picture of it. I had to go get one from the scrap yard for 5 bucks. But ya, same symptoms for me, clearence lights would stay on regardless of key position.
