Default Pretty big brake problems...Please help

Its been a long time since ive been on here but I really need you guys help. The other morning I woke up and I had no brakes checked my fluid and it was empty. I filled it up and bleed the brakes very well but i still have no brakes. My abs light and brake light have been on since the other morning also.

Any ideas what it maybe. I kind of think that it maybe the master cylinder but if anyone has other ideas of what it might be please let me know.

The brake line above the gas tank is the most common problem.

for future reference... the brake system is a closed system, NEVER fill it back up without first finding out why you lost THAT much fluid!

I couldnt find any leaks i looked the truck pretty over thoroughly. I know i shouldnt have filled it back up like that but i live at school during the week and dont have access to my garage until the weekend so i had to just do what i could and baby it home. ill check the line above the gas tank in the morning if that isnt it though im goin to just get a new master cylinder and start there.

J415 I appreciate the offer but I already talked to advanced and they will have one in stock this weekend. This truck is my only vehicle i can afford to have it down for any length of time. But again i appreciate it

You need to find the leak before spending money for nothing.

fill it up with brake fluid and pump the hell out of the pedal to try and find the leak. then measure the section of line that's leaking. the one above the gas tank is the most common.

buy a new section of brake line in standard lengths at the parts store and replace the old one. if you need to make some sharp bends, or shorten the line by making a loop, use a tubing bender. you don't even have to remove the old line from the truck, just strap the new one to the old one with tie wraps.

Yep.
The easiest way to spot a wheel cylinder leak is to look at the back of the drums. If they're wet then your wheel cylinder is leaking.
The inside of that rim will probably have fluid on it too.
That's the first thing I'd check since all you have to do is poke your head under the bumper to look at the back of the drums.
Hopefully it is that too since it only costs about $15 to fix.
