Possible 5.9l v8 swap

I was wandering whether or not I could swap a V10 for my V8 without totally rebuilding my engine compartment. I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L v8 4x4.

Won't have to rebuild the engine compartment... just new engine, trans, computer, wiring harness.. transfer case. At that point mise well grab the drive shafts and dana axles too.
