If you suspect an injector, take a noid light and stethoscope to it, and compare to some other injectors so you know what "right" looks and sounds like and can determine if #1 seems not right.

Another logical approach: First the easy and free part: Swap spark plugs #1 and #3, and spark plug wires #1 and #2, then clear your DTC's. When the code returns, see if it followed the plug or the wire, or stayed on #1. If it followed the plug or wire, replace the part it followed. If it didn't move, the next step is to swap injector #1 for #5, clear DTC's, and see what happens.

If the misfire stays with #1 after that, you've got a deeper mechanical problem.

Well then gentleman either im the dumbest person in the world, or just didnt think of the most simplest thing, was taking a video of the tik and what not and I was wiggling the injector connecter, and then wiggled the cyl #1 spark plug wire started to tik worse, lol wow the spark plug boot wasnt on all the way, but had to push on it really hard to get it to snap on. Not 100% sure if thats the problem but most likely, going to get new wires there getting a little old. But thank you guys very much for your patience and cooperation!

I really had to push on the boot to snap on the spark plug, I think the little metal connector is messed up.
