check engine light came on

Default check engine light came on

okay so today my check engine light came on and i did the key trick to figure out the codes and i was tripping 12 and 32 which i cant find anything on anyone know about them and how to fix em? 1995 1500 5.2l

12 means that the battery has been disconnected within the last 50 key cycles. Don't worry about that one. 32 means that there's an open or short detected in the EGR solenoid circuit. The key dance will only give you a VERY general idea of what's wrong. Get it checked out with a scanning tool to get a detailed read out.

They only have the "P" code list. Not the 2 digit key dance code list.

My bad. I thought you were referring to the 2 digit code question. Not the key dance question.

Man I wish you'd of posted that when I was stuck out of town and didn't have my code reader with a CEL on. Good deal though. THAT should also be in the FAQ section...Jason, what'd ya say???
