Oreillys has a spray product called vht nightshades. I used it on my taillights, and then clear coated them, them sanded and buffed them to a shine. Dont go too dark though. I believe two or three light coats is sufficient.

niteshades by VHT 12 bucks in a can does great or if you have a gun mix black paint with clear and do a couple practices on a piece of clear plastic till you get a good smoke and spray that on, or take it somewhere should be about 50 bucks for someone to spray it for you

just check your state and local laws before you do it, just to avoid the harrassment from the local BACON.

To each their own, but I think tinting tail lights is ridiculous. The entire point of tail lights is for someone to be able to see you, especially when stopping. Tinting tail lights can only hurt that.

I've seen guys almost get hit both in town and on the interstate before because people couldn't tell what a ricer was doing ahead of them, because they couldn't see the brake lights well or a signal light well, due to tint. Windows are one thing, lights are another. Just my two cents.

That's because ricers spray there tails with black spray paint, niteshadea barely changes your light output at all if you do it right.
