LP gas
I have a 95 I just got and it has a dual fuel set-up. It has a bunch of part numbers that are chrylser. The previous owner says it was installed by the factory. The problem is it doesnt have a tank and Where to start with this?? Do I keep it or just try to take it all out???????
I don't know. Is it in the way of anything? does it hurt the truck in any way?
I'd say leave it till It need to go away. Who know's, If gas reaches 5.00 a gal like I have heard rumor (totally unsubstantiated) of you may be able to find the LP is cheaper than gas. As far as that goes I have no idea how gas and LP relate price wise as it stands now. I think you buy LP by weight and don't know know how you'd figure out a good comparison. Maybe btu's per gallon?

i have seen a LP powered chevy van and it had over 800,000km on it and the engine was stock and ran great and looked good but there it had other problems. my friend pull and kept the engine and probably still has it in his barn if it has not been used already in a vehicle.
