Haha, wow. You will need every single part that is associated with the transmission, pedals, linkages, etc. Rebuild your transmission, and let it go.

If you have the whole donor truck, you should have everything you need. Might not be a bad plan to replace clutch/pressure plate/throw-out bearing though.

He has everything he needs already. It not that hard, I just finished mine 2 weeks ago. Not hard at all with a donor truck and theres another guy on here that did it without a donor truck and spent less than a stock rebuild auto.

When I did mine I had a ram 2500 with the nv4500 same thing just bigger transmission. But here is a list of thing I swapped with mine or bought.

-new flywheel
-new clutch
-Crank sensor
-Engine and trans wiring hardness
-hydro for clutch
-Plastic peace around steering column
-Had to buy a new pcm with my vin number in it for a manual
-Pedals
Think that all

But after buying mine and parting the rest out I made all mine money back from the truck and more. I ended up only spending 144.12 to do the whole thing and that rebuilding the 241LD transfer case too. If you have any questions feel free to email me I be happy to answer.
