NO...

It'll loosen up stuff and clog solenoids, valve body etc....Don't even do a flush. Same reason it's a good idea to keep it out of you crankcase...It loosens up gunk, plugs filters...

Just drop the pan change the filter, re-fill with ATF+4

Just keep all fluids changed and clean.

i have used the seafoam transtune in a can,shifts way better.
with 128,000mi,after using it,gets good bark between 1st and 2nd,when at full throttle.
