need help with trans
I have a 98 ram 1500 with a 5.9 auto 4x4
the truck shifted well but the problem was when passing the tranny would kickdown properly but would not upshift unless i pulled over shut the truck off and then restarted it, and the tranny would be fine again, recently my wife to the truck to work and upon climbing a good size hill the tranny downshifted as usual but ever since then will not shift out of second, reverse works well.
