Default help with O2 sensor and Purge monitor

Hi all,
I have 2001 with the 5.2L, with about 127k miles on it.
Just got it and getting around to all the maintenance stuff on it.
It had been running fine, but the check engine light came on the other day, turned off by itself though, ran the scanner today and it said it was store code for cylinder 5 misfire, but it was fine now. Have not changed the spark plugs or wires yet.

As I was already hooked up, I ran the the onboard tests, and got these results back.
Low value on O2 Sensor, half cycle counter
and low values on the Purge monitor values.

what can these be? I am assuming the O2 sensor or sensors may need replacing with the first ones. But I am not sure what the purge monitor is or how to check it.

any help is appreciated

thanks
-bb

Delta IAC shift is how much the IAC step changes to keep idle within spec with the purge valve open. (I think.....) Still within spec. Don't worry about it. (no codes, right?)

PM Delta Shift, I have no clue.
