1999 2wd has the bearings in the rotor which means that you will need spacers or have to modify the hub clearance on the rims.

I have a 2001 Ram 2WD, will I require the spacers to mount the new(er) style 5 spoke wheels (non clover leaf, lol)?
Thanks

I think the wheel centers are different sizes..... (smaller on the newer trucks.) You might have to remove some material there to get them to fit. I would try a test fit, and see what happens.
