Does Yukon make 4.10 gears for the Chrysler 9.25 now?

4.10 and 4.11 are the same thing.

that's the right thing. if you're changing from 3.55 to 4.11 you'll also need a new carrier at 3.92 and above.

So these would be the two parts I would need? (Not Necessarily getting them on eBay, just using it to explain)

And how hard would the install be? I tried to search but wasn't quite sure what I should search

Just run a "thick" gear in the front. The stock offroad edition 4.10 is a thick gear
