Default cylinder heads

well i got my new 2.02 eq cylinder heads dropped off to get checked out and worked over.

the funny thing was that i got mine from odessa cylinder heads. because they were about 150$ cheaper with shipping than getting them from clearwater cylinder heads. when i dropped them off at the shop i noticed that they had CCH stamped on them. so odessa must get there heads from cch and just sell them a little cheaper. they are both located in clearwater florida. but have different addresses.

just letting everyone know incase you are thinking about new heads. both company's are on ebay, but you can order from them direct. thats what i did, just called them both and talked to 'em.

Let us know how that goes, and how you like them. I am looking at doing something like this in the future... so, any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

i will let you know, but it will be hard for me to judge just the heads. i am putting new cam, heads, and 2600 stall from patc all at the same time. here in about a month. cannt wait. i already have everything. just got to get the heads ported and stuff, and i already dropped them off at the shop. he said it would probably be close to 2 weeks for the heads. they are super busy this time of year getting ready for race season.

this one for 2 reasons. one i am gonna run my 1.7 rockers with it, and i am going with a supercharger also. it will work with my 1.7's, giving me .512 total lift. and 114lsa with a 38 overlap should work well with a sc. cam will probably be a little doggy on the bottom end till i get the sc installed.

You might like it without the SC, you will LOVE the SC though..... NOTHING wakes up a motor like forced induction.

i hope i do like the cam without the sc for a little while. it will take a little time to save up the 5400$ for the sc setup i am getting. procharger, p1sc with 3 row intercooler. gotta love boost. putting it together to be able to take 10lbs of boost. 4.56's are my next purchase after i get the motor together.
