Default Magic in a can! LOL

Cleaned my throttle body today, no more shutting off when I let off the gas too quick at idle, smooth idle and great off idle response and way better overall performance! All from a can of throttle body cleaner, a brush and a rag and 10 minutes of my time. Wow, I think I'll do it again tomorrow! LOL

Glad it is running better for you.

Hopefully you removed the TB before you cleaned it, otherwise you wash all that debris down into the intake. Also, the IAC sensor should be removed and cleaned well too. That thing gets a lot of buildup on it, and can cause lots of poor idle issues.

^It usually is normal to lack power in 5th. Thats your "highway gear", so, you'd have to downshift going up a hill.

Do a search here for plenum. It leads to other problems that you will find while reading up on it.
