Front Passenger wheel locked up

Front Passenger wheel locked up
2001 Ram 2500 4x4 5.9l Cummins Turbo Diesel. My Front Passenger side wheel locked up. My truck is too loud for me to notice if there was any humming from the wheel bearing. Any possibilities other then the wheel bearing?

Ok, 4x4..... just like it says in the FIRST POST...... (he edited that in, I know he did....)
Wheel bearing. My van did this not so very long ago..... makes it stop RIGHT NOW, and it will NOT move. (AWD too... great fun.)
