I'm wanting to drop in a 408 but I'm a little worried about the reliability and longevity or the engine. How many miles have do you have on yours since you've had it in? Any major issues with losing ring seal or having to be rebuilt in a short amount of time? Any info you can provide will be appreciated. Thanks.

Any engine build is only as reliable as the person that builds it. If you take your time, do it right, use quality parts, there is no reason the engine won't last a hundred thousand miles or more. Maintenance is the key.
