There is about a million things to check here. Did you put any new electrical parts in? Maybe one is DOA. Did you remember to put the rotor back in? Your coil maybe bad. Have you checked all of your grounds, there are several? I'm just shooting from the hip here until you can give a little more description of what all you have checked.

Did you mangle the crank position sensor when removing/installing the engine?

I have been doing an extensive troubleshooting to find the No Spark problem. I am not receiving 12V to the coil. With the Fluke connected to the end of the coil, I switch the Ignition key to On, I receive 12V then 0V. All ground wires are connected, I still cant figure this out.

Just turning the key on, you will get 12volts to the coil, for about three seconds, then, if the PCM doesn't see the engine turning, (crank sensor) it will trip the ASD relay, and no more power to injectors, or coil.

Find out what you are missing. Are you getting spark while cranking? Are the injectors pulsing? Do you have good fuel pressure?

I do get 12v to the coil when I turn the key and it is for about three seconds, then 0 volts, I do not have any spark at the coil. I have a spare Crank Position Sensor, I'm going to swap it and see if that works. Thanks!
