I just now have the time to put it on. There are some issues. I have only 6 bolt holes that line up. The rest are too far off to get a bolt in them. There are a also a few holes that are too close to the center plates. It's not the weld that gets in the way, it's actually the angle of the plate on the cover. I'm pretty disappointed that the holes are so far off.
