Just wondering if anyone works at a stealership or knows someone who does. I'm trying to track down past service history on my Ram, and if the dealership has purged any old recorrds, would there be any other way to recover them? I'm told they usually purge records after a few years. Now, if wouldn't warranty work be kept on record somewhere else other than the local dealership? I'd like to think so.
