Speedometer problem

Default Speedometer problem
I have a 98 ram 1500 and the speedometer just started acting up. Sometimes it works and sometimes it only reads 10 mph when im going 60. And sometimes it jumps around. Any idea what to do?

Check on the trans/t-case first, see if there is a sensor there, if there is, replace it. if there isn't, replace the sensor on top of the rear diff.
