K I got another one for you.. well i have had some exhaust issues and i dont really have the money to replace exhaust right now.. i have it rigged up but its not to bad but now the cat is leaking.. the question is can i bypass the cat with a regular exhaust pipe and throw the o2 sensor in it or how would i jump the sensor i have no engine lights on and would like to stay that way??????????????
Possible???
You can weld a bung into a straight pipe for the pre-cat sensor, sure. You might get a CEL for failed cat, and the fix for that is to cheat the rear sensor with a couple of spark plug anti-foulers -- search the forum for instructions.
