ok i have a 98 2500 4x4 quad cab the speedometer and odometer dont work the speedometer will only jump up right before the automatic door locks lock after taking off then goes back to zero i replaced the speed sensor on the rear end anyone have an idea id hate to take it to the shop thx jason

Getting any codes? If the odometer works, and is accurate..... sounds like a cluster problem.
If the odometer ISN'T accurate.... probably speed sensor was either faulty, or not quite installed right.
They can be a pain.
