New Truck

Nice truck! Welcome to the Forum.
If you live up to your username, you picked a nice truck to use for towing lawn equipment with. The 4.10 gears will help you with towing some. Just make sure to take it out of overdrive (button on gear shifter) when towing.
One of the first things I would do is some maintnance. Change the air filter, spark plugs (factory Champions or NGK V-powers), change the oil, change the oil in both differentials, and give it a good once over. Check the u-joints and for leaks. With the mileage, I'd go ahead and change out the plenum gasket and fix it, change the water pump, and change the timing chain. My first water pump lasted around 140,000 miles, so now would be a good time to do it.
If you need new floor mats, you can still find Mopar all weather mats for around $60. I plan on getting those or WeatherTechs when I get around to it (never).
Put those Off-Road wheels back on there! IMHO they were the best and still are the best looking wheels put on Dodge Rams from the factory.

Yeah I like the look of the 17" OEMs way better than the MTs that are on there. Luckily I bought the truck off someone a friend works with and he said the guy is very caring of his vehicles. I am tempted to have the OEMs put back on it and just sell the others. I am leaning heavily towards the WeatherTech mats or Line-Xing the interior. I plan on giving it a good waxing/detailing tomorrow and I will post some updated pictures on it.
I do have a slight squeak/rattle coming from RF, I am thinking it is where the nerf bar is loose and I have not tightened it up yet.

If I were you, I would be hitting up some simple cosmetics like removing the steering wheel cover, replacing the floor liners with Weather-techs (very nice liners BTW), good scrubbing inside and out (and under the hood), swapping out those wheels for the stock units (probably use the mud tires, though, as they look to be in better shape), and then sell those aftermarket wheels to help offset the cost of the normal maintenance items as Purpl had suggested.
To add to Purpls list of items, also check over the front axle and steering components (wheels bearings, tie rod ends, track bar etc.) as these are a very common wear items with the 2nd gens. Also, since you have the off road package you have the limited slip rear diff too, which are a common failure point in the rear which can take out the gears. Make sure you thoroughly check for broken parts when draining the diff fluid.
Welcome to DF my friend, and congrats on the "new" truck purchase.
