Default hub bearing going out... maybe??

Hey guys i have a vibration (not really bad, just noticeable at my feet on the floor board) when i take my foot off the gas and decelerate from 30 to 10 mph. I jacked up the front and did the pull test to see if there was any play in the bearings and there was none, i took the wheel/rotor and spun the bearing and there was no noise and no play in it. With the brake rotor/caliper on it makes a little noise but i thought that was usual. I cant figure out where this noise is coming from it hasnt affected any of my driving yet but i am tired of worrying about it all the time. Oh and i have new u joints so i dont think thats it either.

Could be wheel balance, or rear drive shaft even.
