Default Stock hp???

Has anybody ever dynoed a stock ram 5.9 360ci motor...specs say they only make 245HP but they feel like they are making so much more....and if they are only making 245HP how much would I be making with a true dual exhaust, high-flow cat, fresh motor rebuild(everything throughly cleaned with new gaskets, high flow water pump, high flow oil pump, pushrods, new seals, heads rebuilt with OEM parts, new rotar and cap, nice spark plug wires, new plugs, new coil, and thats all that I can thing of off the top of my head) and absolutely ZERO-Emmisions controls on it? So what kind of horsepower do you all think I may be making?

I bet 250 at the crank. The exhaust may help a little (factory exhaust is pretty good) and the cat will help but the high flow water pump and oil pump will rob power. With 30% loss through the drive train and transmission that is 175 hp at the wheels. This is a generous estimate as the factory numbers are at the flywheel with no accessories (from what I have heard).

Used to be gross HP rating with no accessories but it changed several years to net HP at the fly wheel with accessories such as water pump and alternator and maybe other things too.
