f cats. i deleted the cat on my mustang now i hollowed the cat out on my truck last night and im lovin it.

They can if they really really feel like being a dick (which the government is often known for). It doesnt really matter what your state or county laws are because federal law overrules state law.

That being said; you should be fine as long as you have the illusion of a cat, I have yet to run into a cop that will test your emissions as part of a traffic stop.

I have a mustang as well and i still have my cats on that but my cousin hollowed the trucks cat. I know what purpose they are suppose to serve, but i think they are a waste of money and not needed
