so i decided to throw some seafoam in my intake threw the vacuum line for the brakes and it smoke like it was supposed to but then it all cleared out it seemed that the idle has dropped here is the video of how much it smoked

Good amount of smoke. Next time let it sit for 5-10 min like the can says after you stall the engine. You may get even better results.
