Default Weak spark

I did an OH on my engine and now it does not want to start. I've been checking all my wires and connections and nothing. I do not have spark at the end of the spark plug wires. I do have a weak spark at the coil. When I'm cranking it over, it takes a brief second for the small spark to occur. Shouldn't the spark be strong and constant? I have changed the cap/rotor, spark plug wires and the coil. I'm wondering if my PCM is bad. Any Ideas?

It's the coil.

Had the same thing happen. Had OK spark directly on the coil wire but nothing out of the distributor.

It is Red MSD Coil. I checked the resistance and it is within specs. I installed the OG coil and it is the same thing, i also checked the resistance per OEM Manual and it is within specs. If my "Pickup Coil" was bad would I still get spark?
