Problems with Windecker Machine?
Has anyone else ordered from Windecker? About two months ago I contacted Marv about ordering a track bar bracket. He replied back and said he'd ship the part out and bill me later. About a month goes by and finally a package shows up, but instead of a track bar bracket, they sent a steering brace. I understand mistakes happen, so I didn't get worked up over it. I e-mailed Marv telling him of the problem and sent the part back, which cost me $28 to do so. Now a month after that, and I still haven't recieved a reply from Marv about anything. At this point I'm getting pretty pissed. It's been two months and $28 out of my pocket, and I have nothing to show for it, and Marv seems to have dropped of the face of the Earth. Is this typical of this company?
