does the smell get worse when you turn on the heater? any evidence of leaks anywhere?

Clean the remaining stock pulleys. A bit of dirt makes a lot of noise.

i will double check the plenum ,

no sign of leaks anywhere at all everything is bone dry, and smell starts about when belt starts making noise after everything has been running 10-20 minuts and never goes away till the next day

Take off your belt and make sure all of your accessories are spinning freely. You might have a bearing seizing up.
