Default o/d off?

I dont think the o/d button is shutting od off. The TC doesnt lock, but i think thats it. I have a new computer installed and the od on/off seems different than what Im used too.
I normally get: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, TC lockup

With od off: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4
RPM drop is very small on the 3-4

Could the last 3-4 I feel really be 3-tc lockup?
Is this right? If it isnt, what could be the problem?

The button doesnt hold like a switch. It just pushes on and off.

You answered your own question... the last "3-4" you feel is actually 3-tc lock up.... That is normal with O/D off

There is a light on the dash that will illuminate when o/d is off

When towing, it is best to have o/d off. Towing in o/d is bad for the tranny

Yep if the lights on the od is off. My light didn't work so I went the junkyard and they gave me one. My od is off al the time cause of my 35's but before I left the od off in the city. Under 50-55 I left it off so it wasn't constantly looking for a gear.
