Default Serpentine Belt Squeal (video)

So I don't get this, when my wheels are straight there is no noise, but when I turn the wheels to either direction the belt starts to squeal really loud, any ideas?

The belt is brand new.

you need a belt tentionor. when you put the load of the power steeting pump on the belt it makes it enought to actually spin on the pullys because its loose. the springs in the tentionors get weak after a while.

It is pretty expensive (to me anyways) about $70 for a nice Dayco one.

not the pulley being loose you need to see how hard it is up pull up on the belt. you shouldnt be able to hold the tentanor down for very long by pulling up on the belt
