Get an alignment, and it being a SFA I am not sure there is much to can do about it other than replace Ball joints U-joints and wheel bearing.

replace the bad ball joint. i can tell you just because the wheels are bent in-word at the top and with the solid from axles there is no way to adjust camper unless you doing full contact shimming and most shops will not do it for less the 150. easiest way to figure out that one is bad is to jack the truck about 2 to 3 inches in the air and take a bar slid it under the tire and lift up hard. it will pop and move. have a buddy watch or vise vursa and see what one it is. but i suggest replacing both upper and lowers on both sides because the support. or lack of actually wears the other side out because of extended force on the ball joints trying to support the weaker ones as well. also a bad wheel bearing can cause this but you would deffently have noise if it was that bad. also the wheel spaces or off set rims will cause failure on ball joints and bearing much faster. i normally order a solid backed support rim with a centered off set so the tires is wider looking on the truck but still has the support. (example would be the sport 8.5 rims and the R/t rims. they will actually move the tire out word plenty enought to cover it and give you the wide look with stranth.

That right there is a boned ball joint. Take my advice and rent the tool from autozone. You will save your self a crap load of time busted knuckles and keep the young'ns form learning the bad words.

That's definitely a bad ball joint... In fact, I'll venture to say that it was bad 10k miles ago.

Hate to break this to you; but it looks like the C (the thing the ball joints are pressed into) on your axle is slightly bent as well... I should know, mine's in just about the same shape.

No... not at all.

The bent axle "C" isn't a huge problem, I've been driving with mine for quite some time now (I don't have the coin for a new axle housing as of yet). I just have to buy new tires more often than others (I often buy them used to offset the problem). And it causes my other suspension parts to wear out at a hieghtened rate (which is why lifetime warranties are your friend).

The ball joint, however, is a rather serious matter. Ive seen what happens when they fail completely, and it aint pretty. Basically, the shaft will sheer off of the BJ, or the ball pops out of it's little "housing". When that happens, the spindle falls out of place.

Imagine your tire suddenly popping off at highway speed. The image you get is a good analogy for what happens when a ball joint fails catastrophically.
