Default Magna Flow direct fit cat replacement?

I am looking at replacing the cat and O2 sensors on my 98 2500 with 5.9 gasser. I have found one from Magna Flow that is a direct replacement to the factory piece and comes with new pipes to the manifolds and past the cat to the muffler. Does anyone have any experiance with this setup? I have read that the factory Y-pipe is fairly restrictive and I was wondering if this one is any better for flow? Any info on this would be great!

I'm getting the same setup seems pretty good. I found that autoanything.com is the cheapest price and use the code loyalty and youll save like $30

How much was yours? I found a new setup from a seller on E-bay for 180 and some change.

It's like $175 with the coupon and free shipping.
