Do I have to seal the tube up with anything or just leave it dangling there?

You're going to be replacing it (and the little valve cover elbow it feeds into) with a small breather..... looks like a small round air filter.

Ok I understand now, I was thinking the breather was some kind of adapter so the 14x3 would fit on the TB. I didn't realize the S bolt was all that was needed to adapt it. Thank you all for clearing that up, I plan on seeing what O'Reilys has today, unless y'all think I would be better off ordering it online somewhere.
