Default another brake problem

Replaced the long brake line feeding the rear drums. Also replaced the small line on the rear end, of the long feed line, that goes to the weight proportioning valve by the rear axel. I have vacume bleed the both front calipers, rear drivers, but can't get any fluid out of the rear passenger side bleeder screw. the wheel cylinders were new this past fall. I have almost no pedel presure. I can get some fluide from the cylinder if I pump while I vacume. Any ideas and help would be appriciated
Thanks,
Scott

Take the bleeder valve out completely, and hold your finger over the hole while someone else pumps the brake. Check the valve, and make sure it isn't clogged with crap. (i have had to replace them, for just such a reason.)
