I am searching for replacement dash top for my slt only found one reproduction but seems pricey

it is a 1995 slt single cab with a 5.2 the replacement i found is made by E&K fillers out of FL 286.00 plus shipping but it is not a cap.

That's about standard price for the replacement dash. They ain't cheap...... While you are doing it, also replace your heater core, and if you have A/C, do the evaporator core.
