Default Brakes act strange in the AM

Hey guys forgive me if this is posted already .
First thing in the morning when I start my truck and tack off down the drive way I just touch my break and WHAM booger grabs and nearly locks the front and the rear seem to not be catching .. and after the truck warms up this is not noticed .. whats up with my breaks?

One of the rears on mine would lock up on the first stop of the day under light pedal pressure in gravel because the wheel cylinder was leaking.

Same thing happened to me. I took it in to get a service and the hardware was junk, shoes needed to be replaced, and the drums needed to be turned.

It is your rears, not your front.
