Default sway bar hitting diff

Noticed the other day when driving the cummins that the front sway bar is hitting the differential cover when turning really sharp.. Any ideas what could cause this? All the front end parts have less than 10k on them. (and its hit hard enough to wear in to the diff cover)

maybe you tie rod? the tie rod runs across your axle in front of the diff, trac bar goes from passenger side axle to driver side frame, sway bar run above the axle and attaches at each knuckle.

you could just post a pic so we dont have to guess what one another are talking about.

is it only at full lock? if so i would extend the knuckle stops on each side of the axle to prevent it from turning too far and causing your problem.

if you mash the diff cover too much it will start to contact your axles internals, and thats bad news no matter how you look at it.

is it lifted? Just a thought here cause if it is lifted and the track bar is stock it could cause issues I believe. That's why there is aftermarket ones made for lifted trucks

My ram was doing the same thing and as it turned out it was the sway bar links needed to be replaced.
