ya man had the same exact problem except pulling a heavier load. bubbles and everything. down a quart also. i let it sit for a few hours then went straight to the auto shop bought a trans cooler and a trans temp guage. installed them and never had a problem since. good luck

 

You need to take it to a tranny shop. I just had the same prob on my 96 ram with 106,000 miles. I got a complet tranny overhall
