Default Daytime running lights

Mine don't work and there is nothing about them in my Haynes manual.

How would one test the module?

Any idea how much they cost at the dealership?

in Canada i think the law is anything 91 or newer has to have running lights but i see lots of cars on the daily bases without running light and the cops wont usually bother you about it.

It's not mandatory unless you doing a safety check in Ontario but with them being messed up mt high beam light is always on and it's very annoying.
