Recently I started to change the axle seals on my truck, it's a '94 Dodge Ram 4x4 . After starting to work on it, getting everything off and started, we opened the diff up and drained the fluid. We pulled the axles and everything. Then went back to the diff and we looked at it after it had drained some, to see the side gears were completely gone, one spider damaged, and the ring gear broke a tooth. At this point I've called countless junkyards, went to the U-pull and pay and all that, and still came up with nothing.

My question is, what would I need to do to run my truck 2wd safely? I have everything removed from the axle at this point and everything.

 

Put a different axle in it. They go for $100 on Craigslist.
